Requirements:
Successful candidates should be motivated to learn product lines (tech degree or equivalent experience a plus) Strong discipline and problem solving skills with aptitude to troubleshoot technical issues Patience and tactfulness to collaborate with customers that are experiencing problems and may be upset or in stressful situations with emphasis on simplifying and enhancing customer experience Experience with office equipment, including computer and standard office software (MS Office) Excellent verbal and written communications skill required Interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers Sports industry knowledge/experience preferred Scope of Responsibility:
Answer customer calls, resolve issues and conduct training remotely (by phone and remote PC session) Create and update issues in service ticketing system Create Service Orders, Credit Memo's, Service Quotations Take ownership of assigned tickets and follow-up through to resolution Provide constructive feedback of issues Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating our commitments (e.

delivery dates or problem resolutions and keeping customers informed of order status, issues, etc.
