IN THE ROLE YOU WILL BE Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for your sales team Plan and implement sales training and development programs Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales reps Coaching sales reps to help them improve their sales performance Participating in spontaneous sales ride-a-longs and planned field days Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales reps Managing sales reps adhere to the company sales process firmly Managing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly Holding team building events on-site or offsite Motivating and engaging your sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition Setting a good example for your team.
Working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School or equivalent (Required) 2
